Merdot 1.0 — the engine
At the core of everything Merdot builds is Merdot 1.0 — its own model, fine-tuned in-house for Indian languages and everyday tasks. It handles requests first, inside an orchestration layer that keeps responses fast, affordable and available at scale, falling back to additional engines only when needed for reliability. The result is an AI stack Merdot controls end-to-end — which is how one small Ahmedabad team ships an entire suite on one consistent intelligence layer.
