Merdot Private Limited has been accepted into NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA's programme for AI startups. It brings NVIDIA's compute, software and engineering support to Merdot 1.0, our own model, and to every Merdot product built on it.

What NVIDIA Inception is

NVIDIA Inception is NVIDIA's global programme for startups building with AI. Members get access to NVIDIA's software and hardware at preferred pricing, cloud credits through NVIDIA's partners, training from the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, and technical guidance from NVIDIA's own engineers. NVIDIA takes no equity and sets no cohort; a company joins when it is ready and stays as it grows.

Merdot applied on 10 September 2026 and was accepted the same day, on the strength of a product that is already live, a model that is already ours, and a clear plan for what NVIDIA's compute lets us do next.

Compute for Merdot 1.0

Merdot 1.0 is the model behind Merdot AI. Inception gives us access to NVIDIA GPUs and to the NVIDIA software used to train and serve models, so the next versions of Merdot 1.0 can be trained on more of the Indian business and study conversations our users actually have.

Voice that feels local

Merdot AI already talks in Hindi, Gujarati, Hinglish and English. NVIDIA's speech tools let us bring that voice closer to the model, so a shop owner asking a question out loud gets an answer at the speed of a phone call.

Faster intelligence for Track and Pinaka

MIOS Pinaka reads more than 620,000 Indian articles and Merdot Track watches brands across the web. GPU acceleration turns hours of indexing into minutes, so a narrative is visible while it is still forming.

Merdot was founded in Ahmedabad in 2024 and incorporated as Merdot Private Limited in August 2026. It is a DPIIT-recognised startup that builds and operates its products in-house: Merdot AI, Merdot Connect, Merdot Mail, Merdot Sites, Merdot Studio, Merdot Track, MIOS Pinaka, Merdot Domains, Guardian by Merdot and Merdot Search.

NVIDIA Inception adds the compute and the engineering relationships that a company of our size cannot buy on its own. What we build with it stays where it was always going: in the hands of India's businesses and students, in their own languages.
