Merdot was founded on a single conviction: that the institutions responsible for national stability, public safety and democratic integrity deserve intelligence infrastructure purpose-built for the information environments they actually operate in.

Own the architecture and performance of MIOS signal ingestion and processing pipelines. You will work at the intersection of distributed systems and intelligence infrastructure, building the systems that process thousands of signals per minute in real time.
- 5+ years backend engineering experience

Product Manager · Command Intelligence
Own the product experience for institutional operators · the analysts, commanders and decision-makers who depend on MIOS in high-pressure environments. You will work directly with client teams to translate their operational workflows into product decisions.
- 4+ years product management experience, ideally in enterprise or B2G software
- Strong qualitative research and user interview skills
- Ability to navigate complex institutional environments
- Experience with data-heavy or intelligence-category products a plus
